Frank is an experienced business and sales executive in the financial industry. Over a 20-year career in banking, he led Markets businesses and franchises across Europe, managing diverse, high-performing teams through volatile and changing conditions. He drove several integration and restructuring efforts, building market-leading businesses along the way – experiences that shaped his passion for inclusive leadership and the power of effective teamwork. Since stepping away from investment banking, Frank has advised businesses across the financial industry and built a portfolio of impact-driven start-ups, which he supports as an advisor. His interests span mental health, nature-based solutions, and sports and health technology, with a particular focus on innovations in sports and health technology that integrate motor and cognitive training to enhance human performance and improve rehabilitation outcomes. At Cambridge, Frank wants to build on his advisory and managerial experience by exploring the psychological aspects of leadership – examining how different leadership styles and organisational structures can help impact-driven businesses realise their full potential.
