Phil Eayres is a strategic advisor who helps CEOs and leadership teams navigate complex change and deliver lasting results. Phil’s career includes senior executive roles across diverse sectors and geographies. He served as Board Director and Chief Strategy Officer at TalkTalk and as Group Strategy and Transformation Director at Pick n Pay in South Africa. He began his career at Shell and Bain & Company, followed by senior operational roles, before founding his own consulting practice in 2014 to support leaders through complex strategic and organisational challenges.
During his time at Cambridge, Phil will explore how to enable human flourishing in an age of noise and overwhelm, focusing on how organisations in both the private and public sectors can create the conditions that support personal and societal wellbeing. His aim is to leave Cambridge with a practical framework that will help individuals, workplaces and communities thrive amidst complexity and change.
